Ray Khanna, CPMB
Broker/Owner
Ray specializes in residential and commercial mortgages and construction financing, as well as the power of sale financing and private mortgages. With 32 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Ray is one of the most sought-after Residential and Commercial Mortgage Brokers in the Hamilton region. He is a strong supporter of ethical business practices and an active member of many mortgage associations. His knowledge, background and experience in this industry allow Ray to provide value-added advice, excellent service, and relevant financial solutions to all his clients, both old and new.
Recently, Ray was honoured with his Certified Professional Mortgage Broker (CPMB) designation from the Independent Mortgage Brokers of Ontario. Ray earned his mortgage broker’s license in 1990 and has a Master’s degree from The University of Delhi. Ray and his Team are valued members of the community and are actively involved in several charities.

Rene Khanna

Rene’s expertise in the mortgage industry allows her to specialize in residential mortgages, specifically private mortgage placements. She works closely with her clients to understand their goals and priorities.
Rene, a licensed mortgage broker since the opening of Kingsway Investment Ltd in 1990, is an active member of many mortgage associations. Rene has a Master’s degree from The University of Delhi.
Robbie Khanna, AMP
Mortgage Agent
Robbie, too, specializes in residential mortgages. His expertise lies in the area of Power of Sale Financing.
He provides the experience needed to handle the challenges related to deals of this nature. Robbie, a licensed Mortgage Agent, holds a degree in Business Administration and is an active member of the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario.

Nancy Barker
Office Manager
Nancy has a varied background in Business Administration and Management. Her vast skill set is of great value not only to the Team, but also in managing the day-to-day operation of the business.
After completing her education, Nancy began her career at Central Mortgage and Housing, now Canada Mortgage and Housing (CMHC). Past Employers include Canadian Airlines International and Mohawk College.
